Water Fitness / Aerobics Classes

Our Water Fitness classes benefit people of all ages and fitness level and are designed to stretch and tone the main muscle groups as well as promote cardiovascular fitness. Water Fitness is a fun and invigorating way to exercise! Just ask our steady stream of class goers, who enjoy working out at their own pace with our US Water Fitness Association certified instructors. Water offers continual resistance to every move you make, challenging your muscle strength, core stability and muscle endurance. Buoyancy in the water allows for low impact exercise and the intensity that’s right for you. Make these beneficial classes a part of your weekly routine.

Water Walking for Health

Water Walking for Health is an individually self-guided water hour.  Participants have the freedom to decide and create their own personal water exercise time to fit their individual needs.  Water Walking benefits people of all ages and fitness levels. Water Walking promotes cardiovascular fitness and is a fun and invigorating way to exercise!  Water offers continual resistance to every move your make, challenging your muscle strength, core stability and muscle endurance. Buoyancy in the water allows for low impact exercise and the intensity that’s right for you.

Resistance paddles, noodles, water neck floats, weights, kickboards, kick sticks and fins are available for participants to use.



Triathalon Training

Certified SwimAmerica instructors are trained to assist you in perfecting your strokes, increasing your endurance and preparing for your future triathlon events. You will learn to swim as efficiently as possible and maximize the effectiveness of your training time. This class will give you the tools you need for a strong open water swim along with providing coaching and feedback on how to improve your current skills.
