From our early beginnings to our most recent achievements, we have grown exponentially in the past 25+ years. We understand the long reaching impact of childhood, that’s why prioritizing fun and celebrating achievements is the driving force behind all we do. We hire the people you want your children to become. AKIM is full of enthusiastic doers who are professionally responsible and dedicated to sparking a love of learning in every child.

1997

In the heart of Central California, our small swim program began as a humble gathering of one coach and a few determined kids splashing in a community pool. Year after year, we grew in numbers and reputation. It wasn’t long before we became known as the local leader for swim lesson excellence.

2008

As we grew, so did our footprint. Our commitment to the community of providing the highest caliber, most professional and proven programs has sent us down the road we’ve traveled today, and we’ve never looked back. The community has trusted us to deliver effective and respected programs in swimming, gymnastics, dance, ninja, music, preschool, and summer camps.

Today!

We have currently expanded to ten facilities, each designed to foster a fun and encouraging environment. We serve thousands of families each week, and are home to the most respected and professional children’s sports programming in the Central Valley. Our programs are nationally recognized on all levels and we proudly provide over 25 full time career level management positions.
