We realize that teaching a child to have all the necessary swimming and gross motor skills for life takes time and commitment from families and we want every lesson to be effective and a positive investment in your child. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your class, you will need to let a manager know your concerns “on the same day as your lesson” and you will be given another class.
Classes are taught year around and you may register at any time. Class tuition is due on the 22nd of every month and tuition is prorated weekly relative to your start date. We operate on a perpetual enrollment basis; meaning, provided you pay your tuition on time, your child automatically remains registered for his/her class. Tuition will be auto-charged to the secure credit or debit card on file in order to maintain office efficiency as well as ease of processing for our customers. If you know you will not be attending class the next month, please inform us as soon as possible so we may arrange to move another child into that spot. In order to drop from a class, you are required to submit a “drop request” form before the 20th of the month prior to which you are wishing to withdraw from. For example, if April 30th will be your last day of classes, we must receive a drop form for May before April 20th. Remember, your timely tuition payment secures your child’s enrollment for the following month. If you miss a tuition deadline due to insufficient funds or an expired card, you will be assessed a $15 late fee on the 23rd, and each day after. You will be dropped from your unpaid class on the 1st day of the following month. Please refer to our yearly calendar for tuition reminders.
You can pay tuition prior to the 22nd of the month by phone or online through our website using a credit card or debit card. You can also mail in your tuition or stop by the front desk and pay by debit card, credit card, check or cash. If you have not submitted an alternative form of tuition prior to the 22nd of the month – we will auto debit the card on file.
There is a $35 annual family fee. This fee is annual, meaning you only pay it once per year per family. This annual fee applies to your immediate family and allows for them to participate in all America’s Kids programs and family special events.
At America’s Kids, courtesy lesson vouchers are issued because we understand life happens! The following requirements for vouchers are made so that the courtesy lesson process is fair to everyone. Courtesy Lessons are a privilege that we are happy to offer however, no exceptions to the following rules are allowed, so please do not ask.
To qualify for a courtesy lesson voucher, the scheduled lesson must be cancelled by 10:30 a.m. on the scheduled lesson date. If you do not call you forfeit any possible courtesy lesson. Please call 325-6587 to report an absence.
Courtesy lesson vouchers are good for one year from the issue date for all currently enrolled students. COURTESY LESSONS MAY ONLY BE SCHEDULED THE SAME DAY OF THE LESSON. Courtesy lessons may be redeemed by calling between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. on the morning you wish to use the voucher. If there is an opening you will be accommodated for a courtesy lesson that day. There will be no advanced courtesy lesson reservations taken.
You must present the voucher at the beginning of class. They can be picked up at the front desk anytime after your absence was called in.
Vouchers are non transferable, have no cash value, and may not be applied toward a tuition payment.
Vouchers may, however, be used for a posted Family Swim night. One voucher may be used for the whole family. (See Family Swim night poster for specific dates)
Vouchers may be used only by the child listed on the voucher, if the voucher is being used for a courtesy lesson.
If the voucher lists a class level and your child has since moved up, the voucher may still be used for the new level.
Once a courtesy lesson is scheduled, an additional cancellation will deem the courtesy class no longer valid.
America’s Kids is not responsible for lost vouchers.

In order to maintain the integrity of our classes, we ask that you avoid transferring into a different class or withdrawing from a class in the middle of a month. At the same time, we understand that there are times when making a change is unavoidable or in the best interest of your child and your family. In these situations, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
