We’re here to address common questions, ensuring each interaction is seamless and positive for you and your child. Explore this section for detailed insights into enrollment, tuition, and important policies to enhance your experience.

There is a $35 annual student fee. This fee is annual, meaning you only pay it once per year per student if the child is active in one of our programs. This annual fee allows for them to participate in all America’s Kids programs and special events.

For the health and safety of all students and staff, if your student has any symptom of illness, we ask that you report the absence and do not attend your lesson until symptoms have gone away.

At AKIM, continuity plays a big part in our proven curriculums. Your students’ best path for success is to attend their scheduled class time each week. We understand life happens, however, because of our strict student to teacher ratio and full classes, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds.

We hope you never leave us, but if you do, a withdrawal request needs to be submitted between the 1st-21st of the month and your last day of class will be the last week of the current month. You can access the class withdrawal request form

Tuition is paid upon enrollment for your first month’s tuition. Tuition will be prorated to the number of lessons left in that month.

Future month’s tuition is billed on the 22nd of each month prior and will vary depending on the number of classes scheduled in the month (see calendar). Billing will continue until you submit your class withdrawal request form.

Monthly tuition is not always the same. Some months have 5 lessons. The total monthly tuition is higher for those months. Some months have 4 lessons and possibly less due to holidays and closures. The total monthly tuition is lower for those months.

Dance Company classes, Excel Team classes, The Campus Preschool, and charter school classes have a flat rate price every month.

Automatic Debit/Credit/E-check

Tuition will be auto charged to the secure e-check, credit or debit card on file to maintain office efficiency and ease of processing for our customers. Tuition is collected on the 22nd of the month prior. If you miss a tuition deadline due to insufficient funds or an expired card, you will be assessed a $15 late fee on the 23rd. You will be dropped from your unpaid class on the 1st day of the following month. Please refer to our yearly calendar for tuition reminders.

If your e-check payment gets returned to us there will be a $5 fee as well as the $15 late fee.

Classes are taught year-round. Students can enroll and start classes at any time during the month, and will be prorated if needed. We operate on a perpetual enrollment basis; meaning, provided you pay your tuition on time, your child automatically remains registered for his/her class. There is no need to re-register each month.

All AKIM locations are closed on major holidays. If your lesson happens to fall on a major holiday, you will not be charged for the lesson, and therefore you do not qualify for a makeup. Please refer to our calendar for days we are closed.
