At Excel gymnastics, we make sure our students have the space to simply be a kid! From the very first forward roll in our Parent & Child Classes to the high flying fun of Advanced Tumbling, we’ve got a class for every gymnast! Whether your child is just learning to hop like a bunny in Preschool Gymnastics or mastering their cartwheels and back handsprings in School Age classes, gymnastics builds bravery, resilience, and commitment.

Parent and Child Classes

Discover growth in our parent and child classes with weekly cognitive, language, gross motor, fine motor, and social skills for age appropriate learning.

Preschool Classes

At GymUTots, we believe that every child deserves a place to jump, tumble, and cartwheel — because childhood should be a whole lot of fun. In addition to fundamental gymnastics skills, our curriculum also targets social and listening skills, coordination, focus, strength, and balance.

School Age Classes

Excel Gymnastics’ School Age Classes cover beginner to advanced levels on all
apparatuses, enhancing gymnastic skills and building confidence in their abilities both inside and outside of the gym. We offer both a recreational and competitive program for this age group.

Tumbling Classes

Excel Gymnastics’ Tumbling Classes help children build confidence in their tumbling abilities through incremental progressions. This class improves strength, flexibility, agility, balance, body formations, and proper technique which ensures comprehensive skill development.
