School Age Classes
- 6+ Year Olds
We offer classes for aspiring gymnasts from beginners to advanced levels. Our beginner classes provide a strong foundation, where students master essential skills like cartwheels, handstands, and bridges, while exploring apparatus such as uneven bars, balance beam, trampoline, and rings. These sessions help kids build strength, flexibility, and coordination. In our advanced gymnastics classes, students focus on mastering complex skills, apparatus work, and dismounts, while perfecting multi-combination tumbling passes. Off-apparatus training also emphasizes body awareness and proper positioning to enhance overall technique, control and athleticism.
Competitive Team Classes

At America’s Kids in Motion, our competitive gymnastics team offers a unique approach that delivers excellence and results with a balanced lifestyle. We uphold the highest standards of training while giving your child the freedom to pursue other activities outside of gymnastics. Led by highly skilled instructors with a track record of success, our athletes excel both in the gym and in life. Our gymnasts (who are regularly 1st all around and invited to the State level meets) are not only well prepared for USAG sanctioned competitions, but also thrive in school, sports, social activities, and family time.

Yes! Our coaches are available to teach year round at our Excel Gymnastics and GymUTots programs.
Excel Gymnastics teaches beginning through advanced level classes for the recreational and competitive gymnast. Your child will receive personalized learning with regular progress updates, keeping you informed and involved. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of gymnastics skills, celebrating individual progress and personal achievements. The benefits extend beyond physical fitness to include increased self-confidence and social development. Our programs are tailored to help young athletes excel both on and off the mat.
