Building Technique From Simple Notes Through Playful Practice.

Our violin program builds strong foundations in posture, bow technique, and intonation using child-friendly strategies like songs, games, and movement. Students engage in rhythm and note reading, ear training, and ensemble play that sharpen their musical instincts. From the first string to polished pieces, our instructors guide children with patience—ensuring every session is a blend of progress, play, and personal growth.

Private Violin/Viola Lessons

Our beginner violin class is the perfect introduction to music! Students will learn how to create beautiful music on the violin, building strong foundations in posture, rhythm, and tone. Through fun, interactive lessons, your child will learn the basics of playing the violin, from bowing techniques to beautiful sound production.

If your child is at least 5 years old, they’re likely ready to start violin! Our beginner classes focus on posture, technique, and making learning fun through movement and games.

We recommend waiting until after your child’s first few lessons. We’ll guide you on the best size and quality for your child’s needs. We also offer loaner instruments to help families get started.

Yes. Students gradually develop musical literacy and playing skills as part of our holistic approach. We introduce notes and rhythms in age-appropriate ways to keep lessons fun and meaningful.
